I design behavioral strategies that enable businesses, public agencies and NGOs to reach their goals and objectives challenged by modern consumer behaviour and digitalization. I employ tools & methods of behavioral economics and field experimentation to develop effective practical solutions that explore causal relationships and are evidence-based (factual).

Modern organizations and decision-makers are often bombarded with information, especially in this “Big Data” world, that is not necessarily relevant for dealing with their business problems. My objective is to get to the core of the problems and uncover the concrete evidence that would help business leaders to make better decisions. I help organizations to find the answers on the range of questions:

– How much consumers are willing to pay for a product/service?
– What nudges can be used to guide consumer behavior?
– How choice architecture can streamline consumer decision-processes?
– What incentives work to change behavior of your customers, employees and business partners?

I also have professional background in market research and consulting advising on the market growth strategies of Fortune 500 companies including Nissan, Fiat, Ford, GM, Hyundai, Continental and Siemens among others. I share my experience by teaching Executive MBA courses on “Marketing Management” and “Strategic Marketing: Understanding Modern Consumer”

Areas of expertise:
Behavioral Strategy, Nudges, Judgement & Decision-Making, Consumer Behavior, Marketing Management, Market Research
